Challenge
How can schools make science meaningful and accessible when educators already face competing priorities and limited instructional time?
Approach
Working alongside educators and community partners, we explored ways to integrate science, creativity, and real-world problem-solving throughout the student experience rather than treating STEM as a standalone subject.
Outcome
The resulting approach helped students engage with science through hands-on learning, curiosity, and everyday experiences—creating opportunities for innovation, exploration, and lifelong learning.

Building a Culture of Empathy
Challenge
Healthcare organizations often focus on clinical outcomes while struggling to consistently support the emotional needs of patients and families.
Approach
Drawing on experience in patient advocacy and healthcare improvement, we helped explore how empathy, communication, and caregiver engagement could become core components of the patient experience.
