The Season of Tending

Summer — Tending, presence, cultivating, embodiment.
This week reminded me that gardens don't bloom because we pull harder on the stems.
They flourish because we prepare the soil, tend with care, and trust the season.
For years, I mistook carrying the weight of people and systems as leadership. Now I'm learning that true leadership creates the conditions for growth rather than becoming the source of it.
My role is not to carry the garden, but to cultivate it. This summer, I'm choosing stillness, long walks, art, and quiet observation—allowing both roots and ideas to deepen before the next season of growth.
Love,
